Show the desktop, then right click on the desk top - you should then see:

The gray box will contain a command "New" -- click on it, and look for "Shortcut" in the list of New Items.  Select "Shortcut" and continue.  The next dialogue box you see should look like the one below

In the "Type the location of the item:" box please type "http://www.pro1040.com/email_me.htm"

Then click the button labeled "Next" to continue

Then you will see:

Please locate and type in the "Type a name for this shortcut:" box -- the following phrase:

"Send Email to Bob Parrish"

After typing, the box should appear like the box above.

Then please click on the button labeled "Finish"
