What
are some of the things to decide before I contact my legal counsel to
draft an employment agreement? As an employee presented an
employment agreement, what should I look for?
Below
I have made some comments of points to ponder when drafting an
employment contract. Some of the comments are focused on the
health care professional, however those are obvious and you and your
legal counsel may decide to include some of the thoughts even for those
not in the health care professions. Warning
