the projects by priority Control

on gaining a positive outlook Set
leisure projects as a number one priority Set
aerobic and strength building activities as a number one priority Visit
with family and friends, listen to soothing music as a number one
priority Rest
the body - sleep 7 hours to 8 hours each 24 hours, take routine breaks -
all these must be a number one priority Be
aware of physical symptoms of health care warnings Eat
a balanced diet, do not abuse alcohol, do not become dependent on
prescription medicines, do not take drugs. Treat
yourself right. This includes all the above plus look for humor
constantly - look for "the bright side". Change the
things you can, accept or protect yourself from those you cannot change
and learn to discern the difference.
Solutions are dependent upon facts & circumstances, law and the objectives. These elements vary from one time to another, from one circumstance to another and from person or entity to another
